Paolo transitioned to the insurance industry in 2017 after four years as a licensed realtor. His experience provides an advantage in understanding and executing your insurance needs. Paolo takes pride in ensuring all of his clients experience nothing short of the very best. In his free time, Paolo likes to spend time with his son playing basketball in their driveway and exploring new dog parks with their recently adopted dog, Jax.

Andrew Mastrone is the youngest of 3 and originally from Connecticut where his family still resides. He moved to Florida in 2012 and will pick a snowstorm over a rain storm any day of the week. From tending bar to setting the bar, Andrew is equipped with his 20-44 personal lines license, 20+ years of customer service, and his dedication to details to provide you with 5-star experience with a smile. Andrew spends his free time outdoors exploring forests and beaches as well passing his love and knowledge of technology onto his son. His wife is a highly trained and skilled chef so you can always bet he has something good for lunch!

Juan Diaz is from Belleville, NJ where his family owns a few gas stations. He brings 20+ years of customer service and sales experience, with last 10 years specializing in the insurance industry. Juan speaks English & Spanish fluently and is ready to help find you the coverages you need at the best possible rate. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his kids & Fiancé, traveling and visiting casinos all over the US.

Deborah Mello is a native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where her family owned and operated a pizzeria for 20+ years. The pizzeria is where her superior level of customer service and attention to detail, that she brings with her every day, sprouted. Deborah moved to Florida in 2018 and began her career in the property and casualty insurance industry. With the insurance market constantly changing, she takes pride in staying up to date with the market conditions and learning more about the industry every day to better serve our clients. In her spare time Deborah enjoys to traveling and exploring new destinations.

Mary Gallichio has 45+ years of customer service & sales experience. Beginning in the field straight out of high school, Mary quickly obtained her license and has been working in the industry for most of her career. In addition to a wealth of knowledge concerning various insurance products and practices, Mary also provides expertise in insurance office management, payroll processing, accounting, and an array of other areas. Mary is married to Dan, her husband of 40+ years. She has two children, two step-children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, Mary enjoys cooking, craftwork, artistic endeavors, reading, doing various types of puzzles, card games and just generally enjoying her time with family.

Amani was born and raised in Bethlehem, Palestine where she learned to speak Arabic, German, & English at a young age. At the age of 9, Amani was competing in track & field on a national level. In 2000, she moved to San Diego where she worked in as a payroll specialist. In 2021, Amani was inspired by the insurance industry, and that is when she acquired her 220 Property & Casualty license in FL. You will experience Amani’s love for knowledge, attention to detail, and superior customer service skills with every interaction. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids. She also enjoys baking homemade pizza, planting, beach-going and playing soccer with her kids.
